Mr. Jims Products: Subscription & Refill Policy

1. How Subscriptions Work By choosing a "Subscribe & Save" option for products like our StripEase Wash Strips or Scent Bomb Pouches, you are enrolling in a recurring payment program. Your selected payment method will be automatically charged at the frequency you chose (e.g., every 30 or 60 days) until you cancel.

2. Pricing & Discounts Subscribers receive a 10% discount on every recurring order. If our standard product pricing changes, we will notify you via email at least 10 days before your next scheduled charge.

3. Simple "Click-to-Cancel" (FTC Compliant) You can cancel your subscription at any time—no long-term commitments or hidden fees. We believe canceling should be as easy as signing up. To cancel:

• Online: Log in to your account on our website, go to "Manage Subscriptions," and click "Cancel."

• Email: You can also request a cancellation by emailing us at mrjim@eastfieldlaundry.com.

4. Managing Your Refills (Skip or Pause) Need to take a break? You can skip a delivery or pause your subscription indefinitely through your customer portal. All changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge to ensure they apply to that cycle.

5. Notifications & Transparency We will send you a reminder email 3 days before every recurring charge so you are never surprised. If a payment fails, we will attempt to reach you to update your information before your subscription is paused.

6. Refunds on Subscriptions Cancellation stops all future charges. If a cancellation is made after an order has already been processed or shipped, that final order is subject to our standard Refund Policy.
